FAQs

Why choose She Her Aura?

She Her Aura centres around the customers' satisfaction. First of all, all of our nail tips are made of resilient and ultra-thin acrylic that naturally conform to the curve of the nails, so as to ensure that they are like real nails, which is very comfortable to wear and reusable.

All SHA press on nails are handmade, with the production time ranging from 1 to 3 hours depending on its complexity. Each set is carefully treated rather than mass-produced, ensuring that the customer receives a product that is exquisitely made to the high standard and of good quality.

Additionally, SHA press-on nail designs include both the currently popular styles and original designs. The goal is to ensure providing consumers with as many style options as possible while guaranteeing quality.

What's included in the package?

The package includes a set of nail application kit which comprises super strong adhesive tabs (48pcs), a clear sparkle cuticle stick, a nail file, a nail container, a sponge buffer and alcohol wraps(4pcs).

Are your press-ons reusable?

Yes, our press-on nails themselves are reusable, but it also depends on the way of attachment.

If you use adhesive tabs, remove the tabs after wearing, the press-on nails can be reused. If you use solid glue, it can also be reused after removing the glue. If you use liquid glue, the nails are unable to reuse due to liquid glue is hard to be removed clearly.

How long do the nails last for one wear?

It depends on various elements such as the way you attach, the frequency of touching water, etc.

Generally speaking, the duration that press-on nails last is approximately as follows:

Adhesive tabs-1 to 2 weeks

Solid glue - 2 to 4 weeks

Liquid glue - 1 to 2 weeks

How to Apply&Remove?

💗Please be aware of that no matter which attachment method is used, the following steps are necessary:

  • Trim your nails to an appropriate length and shape. Excessive length may affect the wearing effect.
  • Clean the nail bed: Use an alcohol pad to clean the nail bed thoroughly. Make sure there is no grease, dust or moisture on the nail surface so that the glue can adhere better.
  • Polish the surface: Use a nail file or sponge buffer to polish the edges and surface of the nails to make them smoother. But be careful not to over-polish to prevent damage to the nails.

How To Apply With Adhesive Tabs:

  • Size selection: Select a tab marginally smaller than your nail size and affix it to the nail surface.
  • Expel the air: Before peeling off the surface film of the tabs, use your fingertips or a cuticle stick to expel the surplus air.
  • Apply the nails: Remove the film. Hold the nail piece at a 30-degree angle and start pressing it down from approximately one centimeter away from the nail root. Ensure that as much air as possible is expelled during this procedure.
  • Fix the nail piece: Press around the nails for several seconds to guarantee that the nail pieces are securely bonded.

❓How To Apply With Liquid Glue:

  • Apply liquid glue: Squeeze an appropriate amount of glue onto the back of the nail piece at the root. Be careful not to squeeze too much to avoid glue overflow.
  • Align the position: Hold the nail piece with glue applied at a 30-degree angle to align it with your nail root and press gently. If there is glue overflow, wipe it off with an alcohol pad as soon as possible.
  • Press and fix: Press the nail for a few seconds to enable the glue to fully bond.

❓How To Apply With Solid Glue:

  • Apply solid glue to the nail pieces: Take an appropriate amount of solid glue and evenly apply it on the back of the press-on nails, ensure there is a thin layer of solid glue on the entire back of the nail pieces.
  • Align the position: Hold the nail piece at a 30-degree angle, push and press from about one centimeter away from nail root, ensuring that the air is expelled as much as possible during this process.
  • Remove excess glue: Use a cuticle stick to take off the overflowed solid glue.
  • Cure with a UV lamp: Place the nails under the UV lamp to be cured about 60-90s until the solid glue is completely firm.

💗Precautions:

No matter which method is employed to attach press-on nails, please refrain from touching water within one hour after wearing. Avoid having your nails come into contact with water or chemical substances such as detergents and cleaners in daily life. This might affect the adhesiveness of the glue and lead to the nail piece falling off.

When removing the press-on nails, do not forcibly pull the nail piece to prevent damage to the nails. For specific removal methods, please refer to the "How To Remove" section below.

How To Remove When Using Adhesive Tabs:

    • Soak your nails in warm water for a few minutes to soften the adhesive.
    • Gently peel off the nail piece starting from one edge. Use a cuticle stick if needed to help lift the tab.
    • Clean off any remaining adhesive from your nails with nail polish remover or an alcohol pad.
Please note that when removing press-on nails, be gentle to avoid damaging your natural nails.

How To Remove When Using Liquid Glue:

    • Prepare a special 'liquid glue remover' for press-on nails.
    • Apply the glue remover to the edge of the nails. Wait for the glue remover to penetrate and soften the glue. More glue remover can be applied if necessary. After a few minutes, try to gently peel off the nail pieces using a cuticle stick.

How To Remove When Using Solid Glue:

      • Spray sufficient alcohol around the nail edge until the nail piece becomes loose. Then, use a cuticle stick to peel it off from the edge.

💗 Please be aware that press-on nails attached with solid glue and adhesive tabs can be reused after the glue is completely removed. Press-on nails attached with liquid glue cannot be reused as the liquid glue cannot be removed.

💗 No matter which method is used to remove press-on nails, be careful to avoid excessive force to prevent damage to the nails. After removal, proper nail care can be performed, such as applying nail nutrition oil. It is recommended to let the nails rest for at least a few days after wearing press-on nails for a long time and removing them to allow the nails to absorb more oxygen and restore nail health. 😊
