WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

She Her Aura Studio is currently located in Chengdu, China. Therefore, all products are made and dispatched from China. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Most orders are processed within 1-3 days of receipt. However, please understand that there might be slight delays while all the nails are handmade and a big volume of orders is received. We appreciate your understanding.

HOW DO I CANCLE THE ORDER?

We are only able to cancel orders before it has been shipped. Once this takes effect, we are unable to recall the parcel. Therefore, please forgive us if it has caused any inconvenient and don’t place an order impulsively. 

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

You can change the shipping address ONLY before the order has been shipped. Please double check your shipping address and make sure it is correct when you place the order.
